False statement in application for ID card

ID card - False statement for

 
Any person who knowingly makes any false statement in an application for an identification card provided
for by this article shall be guilty of a violation of Code Section 16-10-20.

Electronic ID user shall not be considered to have consented to search

 
Any person utilizing a wireless telecommunications device as such term is defined in Code Section 40-6-241
to display his or her identification card in electronic format shall not be considered to have consented to a
search of such device by a law enforcement officer.
